The best Rosti in the Café de Bourg de Four (old Town, Place du Bourg-de-Four, 1204, Geneva, +41 22 311 90 76)
In a bistro-like atmosphere, you will be able to taste what many call the best Rösti in town. Derived from the German term "rosten" (grilled), the Rösti is a typical Swiss dish, made of grated potatoes and cheese and bacon grilled in a pan. In the Cafe de Bourg-de-Four, you will have the choice between different types of Rösti.Burgermania at the Funky Monkey Room (FMR) Geneva
This is a very cool place, where you can go to have a drink but the quality of the food supersedes by far other pubs. I had the opportunity to meet the owner. The menu is diversified, and even when you order a salad, the portions are generous and the salad leaves really fresh and crusty. There are refined sauces to season the dishes. The Hamburgers are quite big (at least, for me). The owner of the FMR made a point to polish every detail.Closes at 2am. 2 addresses in Geneva:
