The best Indian restaurants in Geneva !

Looking for an exotic dinner ? The Indian gastronomy has always had a good reputation. Whether it is for a corporate lunch or a more informal outing, we have all been to the local Indian restaurant. There are plenty of them in Geneva, so watch out for the best ones, that we introduce here.

Little India, in the Pâquis area, Geneva

This restaurant is recommended  by both Indian and Western folks. All the classic dishes are part of the menu here. Your dinner will be seasoned to suit your tolerance to spice. Easy accessible by public transportation and by foot from the city centre, Little India has been around for years and is a well established reference in the Geneva community. Note that this is a small place so it can get easily crowded, better to book in advance, and be prepared to speak English...
Address Little India, Rue du Prieuré 20, 1202 Genève, Suisse, Téléphone: 022 731 11 71

Rajpoute, in neighbouring France (Ornex)

Another reference in Indian cuisine. The Rajpoute restaurant has been around for years.  Owned by a Pakistani chef, it still offers great Indian dishes, including the classic Chicken Tikka, Tandoori, a dozen of version of the famous Indian naans. Special dishes once a week. The restaurant accepts both euros and swiss francs.
